1-Practice - a very common root cause of communication anxiety is people not feeling like they prepared enough for the particular speech or presentation. A little trepidation is quite natural, and you can combat this by making sure you are ultra-rehearsed. Quite often as soon as you begin your performance or speech, your brain will go into autopilot from all the stop panic attacks and this goes a long way to beating your fear.

2-Tough cure panic attacks out - this is a great solution for some but it doesn't work at all for others. If your communication anxiety isn't so great that it stops you from actually giving your speech or presentation, just getting out there and doing it may be the best solution. And each time you do it, the problem will get a little less.

3-Medication - it's not ideal, but if your communication anxiety is preventing you from even attempting your public speaking or communication, your doctor may be able to help. Doctors can provide very mild sedatives, that are just enough to take the edge off your nerves. In a lot of cases this can be just enough to get people past their initial anxiety disorder and from then on they have no problems at all.
